Let Them Eat Art is Maplewood's whimsical tribute to Bastille Day held each year the second Friday evening of July.
This year's event will be on Friday, July 14 from 6 PM to 11 PM.
The event features live art demonstrations by regional artists, live music, and food & drink by Maplewood's award-winning food purveyors. Let Them Eat Art is not an art fair; it's a celebration of making art and enjoying art in the shops and on the streets of Historic Downtown Maplewood.
The event kicks off with the Sutton Cortege, a celebratory walk from Sutton Loop Park on Sutton Blvd. to the Sutton Main Stage at 6:30 PM with Heidi Glaus and Dana Dean of KSDK News's Show Me St. Louis introducing the event participants. Come join in the fun.
