GeekPack® CEO Honored as 2024 Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellow

Mid County Chamber member GeekPack proudly announces that its CEO and founder, Julia Taylor, has been selected as a 2024 Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellow. This recognition celebrates her unwavering dedication to empowering women and underrepresented groups through digital skills training. The Cartier Women's Initiative is a prestigious international entrepreneurship program that drives change by elevating impact entrepreneurs to achieve their full potential. Open to women-owned businesses worldwide, it supports ventures with a significant social or environmental impact.

As CEO of GeekPack, Taylor leads their work to bridge the digital skills gap and help more women gain tech skills and confidence. Under Taylor’s leadership, GeekPack offers community support and virtual training programs in skills like web development, AI, digital marketing, business building, and digital literacy. This unique combination of community and skills development has equipped over 8,500 diverse learners with the tools to build successful careers and grow thriving businesses.

The Cartier Women’s Initiative selects thirty-three fellows each year, representing the top three businesses in each of eleven global categories. This rigorous selection process includes in-depth due diligence and presentations to a distinguished jury panel. The announcement of the ranking for the awardees takes place during the awards ceremony in Shenzhen, China on May 22, 2024.


By supporting women entrepreneurs and their businesses, the Cartier Women’s Initiative seeks to create a ripple of positive social and environmental change. Joining this illustrious group of impact entrepreneurs will enable Julia Taylor to amplify her impact with GeekPack on a global scale.
